Yes, we offer financing options to all our clients. You make pay your website in up to four easy installments, depending on the size of the project. Some restrictions may apply, please contact us for payment details.
Where are you guys located?
We are located in South Florida, but by nature, the internet is everywhere, so we can create websites all across America, and the World. To prove our point, we have clients in Europe and Brazil.
What kind of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, check or money order. For financing, we require that all checks are mailed to us in advance. Checks will be posted on the due dates.
I really like a specific site on the internet; can you design my site to have the same similar features to look like it?
Yes, we can design sites to make it look and function like any website you so choose. Just show us what you like and what you don’t like, and we will use that information to create something you’ll like very much.
Do you guys have a limit as to what you can actually design for me?
NO! We don’t put any limits to creativity, so we can pretty much do anything you want. We can develop any type of site with the most advanced functionality created. Websites like these require many hours of programming and will be charged accordingly.
Is having a unique web presence a good investment towards my business?
Absolutely! Having a professional, unique website is very important for your business. Here at PKZ Design we take the time to research your industry to find out what is the most appropriate approach into designing your website while at the same time being cost effective.

I want to get started, how does this process work in starting or redesigning my own web site?
It is simple; all you have to do is call or email us so one of our representatives will contact you back to schedule. Our skilled representative will analyze all your business needs and requests, and will present you with an accurate quote. If you are located where one of our representatives cannot meet you in person, you’ll be contacted over the phone, and the interview will be conducted that way. In some special occasions, we will use Go to Meeting to have an online demonstration of how we work.
After I hire you, will I be able to have any creative input on my site?
Absolutely! Once you agree on our terms and decide that we are the right fit for your project, we will present you with examples and “mock-ups”, so you can have your creative input before the final product is delivered.
What is the next step after we decide on a final approval on my homepage?
After we come to an agreement on the creative concept, you can leave the rest to us! We will then start designing the other pages once the concept is approved. After that, we will start programming the rest of the site.
Once my site is in production, when will I hear from you again?
Once we start working on your site, you will then start receiving daily or weekly updates on the progress of your website. Our project managers are always sure to keep in contact with you if you have any questions or adjustments that you would like to make until the site is completed.
Once I submit all of my information for my site, is there anything else that I need to do?
Nope, we only require for you to provide us with the content. You can also provide us pictures if you feel the need to, but keep in mind that we have over 100,000 stock photos that we can implement on your site as well. Once you submit your domain information, we will be able to handle the process when registering your site – including your domain name, host information, etc.
How long does it take to complete a website?
It all depends; this can range between 1 and 5 weeks or more, depending on the complexity of the website. We agree to work expeditiously to complete the job, but we cannot control the delays that can possibly occur for anything that requires your action, such as providing content, approving sample mock ups, or any other adjustments. If we receive all of your information that is required, we will deliver your site on schedule. For jobs that need to be delivered quick, we offer an express service for an additional fee to put your web site up in 2 to 3 days. Please contact us for details.
Does your company use templates to create these sites?
That will depend on the type of project you want developed. Typically any kind of CMS uses templates, and templates are a starting point for systems like WordPress, Joomla, Drupal and Magento. That does not mean we will just plug a template on your site and go with it. Adjustments need to be made to have the site look and function just the way you want. We can also create a whole new and unique template just for your site/cms. Please contact us for details.
Are there any additional fees to maintain the site after it’s completed?
PKZ Design will not charge you any hidden fees after the website is done. You’ll have a fully featured website that you can update yourself, so it’s not necessary for you to pay us to do it for you. You’ll incur in hosting fees and domain renewal fees every now and then, usually yearly. However, we have a website maintenance service that’s available to all our clients, and our fees are extremely reasonable and compatible with your budget.
I don’t know where to begin on creating my logo for my website; can you create one for me?
Of course, we not only create eye catching websites, but we also create designs for printing and logos. If you don’t have a logo yet, or it needs to be redesigned, we will gladly do it for you!
We need to bring more traffic to our website; can you guys assist us with marketing?
Yes, we do Search Engine Optimization on all our websites, and pay-per-click campaigns on Google for our clients. Results may vary, however, we’ve seen many clients increasing their business considerably after a well succeeded Pay-per-click campaign. Many factors go into positioning your website in Google’s first pages, even the design and content of your website, as well as how often you update it, and how much advertisement you do online, to promote your website. I’m not part of a big corporation; do you design sites for individuals who want a web presence?
Yes, we design sites for everyone! We have clients that range from large corporations to clients who just like websites that are fun and unique for their own personal satisfaction. There’s room online for everyone and every idea you have in mind, and we know how to execute it properly.
Some of your prices for your quality work are too good to be true, are there any hidden fees?
When we submit a proposal, we do not hide any information, specially fees. We will break down in detail the costs and length of the project. We put out everything for our clients to see, even how we will make your website. We are proud to offer a top quality service, and to be so affordable for our clients.
Turn Around Time
We can only work as fast as our client allows us; turnaround time is client dependent. If contents are provided sooner, initial and ongoing instructions are clear, revisions requested are reasonable; turnaround time is usually very small. Some websites are delivered in less than a week, sometimes in a few days! On the other hand it could drastically increase due to client in-actions, delayed mockup approvals; back and forth change requests and so on. 95% of our customers have not bought our express service and still have experienced a great turnaround time. The turnaround times vary from 1 to 5 weeks, and are given based on actual statistics of jobs we have done in the past and are NOT guaranteed.
